Hi Jin, it was the logo of the XVII "Giornata del Francobollo" (Stamp's Day), a contest organized for italian schools and replied for a lot of years. Among all children drawings, the first three became a stamp:  (on this postmark: "Premiazione vincitori concorso filatelico", winners' awarding of the philatelic contest).
