2, the badge, is the sheep? Is Agnus Dei? Please give an internet
3, This 1842 Italian free envelope sent to MONTALTO? The above address, what do they mean?

1-Rotella is a small town in the Marche Region of Italy in the province of Ascoli Piceno
Sender is requesting price for wheat (richiesta di conoscere, etc.)

2- Agnus Dei is correct (symbol of Rotella's coat of arm at that time)

3- Montalto is also a nearby town in the Marche Region. Presently the town
is named: Montalto delle Marche, province of Ascoli Piceno.
Recently both towns were affected by the earthquake
