This is a cover from the ROMAN STATES. The mark on the right is the one from the Town of Cento, province of Ferrara, in the now region of Emilia. The other mark with an unusual depiction of Saint Augustine (he was from Tunisia), is from the parish of San Agostino. The upper inscription translates: Papal Government
