Hi Jin Peng, and welcome to this Forum  Surely, the postmark on the left is linked to the cancel on the right, and to its city; this last one seems to me "Campagnano". Are you able to read better the postmark and the cancel? However, the image of the postmark on the left seems something linked to mithology, and probably it's not a horse.
